There are promised made by Microsoft that they will not sure, but given their
track record, don't bet on it.  Having said that, if you can indeed implement
full and complete support for ooxml, you would be the first in the world to do
so - in which case, go for it.  Even Microsoft has not been able to make this
happen.  For all of their promises, smoke and mirrors, they have tricked,
coerced, bought their way into national bodies OKing the format.
