What the senate just put one article up last week and professed how F***ING 
fantastic they are.

"The Internet is an effective mechanism of communication and information 
dissemination. Certainly, this is one of the greatest inventions of this 
generation," Villar said.
 
 The Senate President also said the posting of the Senate rules on the 
Internet encourages implementation of Republic Act 8792 or the Electronic 
Commerce Law.
