If you can have a service level agreement with Globe and they can
assure that in any outage, they can restore any connection within a
specific time, pwede but most DSL service sometimes have a long
downtime.

In our office, we used to have Globe DSL.  There was a time when we
didn't have any service for more than a week.

Same with PLDT in our house.  Almost once a year, I experience  a
downtime of about 1 week.


To minimize cost for webhosting,  just rent a dedicated server.
Depending on the specs, you can have a decent Dedicated server for
USD250-USD300 a month.
