Basically I'll be breaking down the 3 days into 6 halfdays (morning and afternoons), and have volunteers sign up for specific slots. You can stay the whole day or even the whole 3 days if you like, but I'll be counting on you for a specific slot.
At the very least, I want demos of different distros. I'll also put up a form that will allow people to volunteer notebooks or desktops which I can sign for (gasp) if need be, or you can bring home afterwards, no problem.
