Wow, its a miracle, after posting here in the list about the problem about
the smart money being down, suddenly my brother received a msg about his pin
code reset being activated. Its been 1 week since we requested that (plus
the 3 painstaking visit to the smart office) and just a few hours after
posting here, it got fix. To think this is money related transaction and I
can't imagine a normal bank would have a system being down for days or a
week. Its scary.

Anyway, in regards to there DNS server, I think I'm not trustng them
anymore. If management are taking a week to resolve issues like money which
is very important, how much more for a DNS problem.
To think, the DNS problem has been posted way back. Enough for there admin
to do something about there own servers. And as a Net Admin, you should be
very aware of issues like this.
