Hi,

I travel with SIA almost every other month (PH<->Sing) and haven't experienced
this:

"most of the time it crashes or hang and it needs a manual reboot based on my
experienced when i traveled most of the time from one country to another..."

i just wonder if the scenario when you say "the system hanged" is when the
plane's central control simply paused the movie or screen to make important
flight announcements.

regards,
vic
