Hi All, I have successfully set-up NIC bonding (load balanced round-robin) with the help from http://www.cyberciti.biz/tips/linux-bond-or-team-multiple-network-interfaces-nic-into-single-interface.html and it rocks!
But now I'm getting lots of martian sources lines in the /var/log/messages. Here are the lines: Nov 18 12:55:57 hostname kernel: martian source 192.168.1.11 from 192.168.1.11, on dev bond0 Nov 18 12:55:57 hostname kernel: ll header ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:00:30:48:9b:26:60:08:06 Not sure what's going on here. Any help or directions will be highly appreciated. My alternate solution is to log_martians = 0 in the sysctl.conf but I prefer to find the real solution. Thanks in advance. Cheers!
