The problem is we are all brains, no hands. Instead of complaining just take over and do it. Unless you give part of your time to meet once in a while for PLUG, the group will remain a mailing list. I received objections when i proposed this on a meeting once. The elite pluggers need not to appear to contribute. Yeah right.
