Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 will continue to have Xen as it's built-in hypervisor
all the way until the EOL in Feb 2014.  KVM will be incorporated into future
point releases of RHEL 5, but Xen will always be supported atleast until 2014.

RHEL5 comes with Xen built-in.  Nothing to add.  Just start virt-manager and
you are off and running.
