Hello to all who are watching this thread.

I met with Aris last Thursday at Broadmeadows Café, the coffee shop of
Bloomfield Hotel, which is along Leonard Wood Road in Baguio City. We
had coffee and tea, with a great view of Leonard Wood and SM Baguio.
We talked a little about our experiences with Linux and the different
reactions to Linux by end users.

As Aris mentioned in his introductory post to the list, he is
responsible for the ICT strategy in a private school in Baguio City.
The school is a primary and secondary school and they have had some
success with using Linux in different roles at the school.

I would really like to help, but I am not from Baguio, but I know that
some of you are. Maybe you guys can meet sometime soon to organize
PLUG Baguio, just to get to know one another and maybe help each other
out. I know that the list will always be here and that virtual help is
available online, but I have seen how meeting people face-to-face can
sometimes unlock opportunities and possibilities that don't present
themselves in an online medium.

Any takers?
