If you're on a dynamic IP address w/ your ISP, the previous assignee for the IP 
address must be using some kind of P2P application (not necessarily file 
transfer, could be Skype), or some kind of online gaming system (PC or console).

If you are using a dynamic IP address and you're worried about it, just 
reconnect to get a new IP address.
