WIFI alone just won't cut it, but rather the implementation of SIP stack that is supported by the phone will be the main consideration if you're to implement your phone as a SIP client to your Asterisk server.
I'm not sure if there are brand new phones that have wifi and a SIP stack that's below 10k, but try the other Nokia E-series for starters.
