Maybe one way of effectively doing this is coordinating with the interested parties - the presidentiables themselves. And those of the judiciary who have some remaining decency. It's statistically accurate to assume the administration will cheat and given the kind of people this government has, I'll bet you my head they will try everything they can to get away with everything they did.
