Just like what happened in Valenzuela a few decades ago. The entire city have electricity except the schools where they are counting the ballots. Actually, the very school only... but we all know this happens a lot.. the selective brownout I mean :-p
So, if you suddenly loose a cell signal near an election precinct, then maybe the jammers are in operations already. I believe election watcher need to know this and start looking for any odd device... Or have an idea how it would look like so they can spot it and beat the crap out of that guy holding it.... I wonder whats the proximity for a jammer... and what if there is no electricity... Just a tip to those running for office.d:-p
