Some software actually would not install with Selinux turned on (or
the vendors advise disabling the feature when installing them). I know
Scalix won't as well as cPanel/WHM.

Running it in Permissive Mode (edit /etc/selinux/config and reboot or
run setenforce 0) might work though but I haven't really bothered
testing it.
