I struggle to understand what you need exactly.

If you are looking for infrastructure, Amazon/Rackspace Cloud/Linode
will do just fine.

I have very good experience using Linode and Rackspace Cloud. For
Amazon, you will need to be just a little more technically strong (due
to their non-persistance nature).
