To the original poster, have sent it also to the list so that others may know about a good site below:
http://www.internetvista.com/en/web-site-available-check-online-submit.htm does not do a ping or use icmp perse, but uses http(application layer) and checks your website from different sites like Dallas, Switzerland, Paris, etc. It shows the download size which is 3,422bytes on realmagick.com, and 358ms for Dallas, and 781ms for Belgium. On the details, is shows in ms the whole duration of the life cycle of http. One last tip, it does not show on the website, but have personally verified/checked that it also does https test. regards, Andre | http://www.varon.ca On Thu, May 27, 2010 at 11:28 PM, Vino <[email protected]> wrote: > > > Try this site. > > http://www.traceroute.org/#Philippines > > > > > --- On *Wed, 5/19/10, [email protected] < > [email protected]>* wrote: > > Message: 1 > Date: Wed, 19 May 2010 23:37:05 +0100 > From: Jan Macek > <[email protected]<http://us.mc1105.mail.yahoo.com/mc/[email protected]> > > > Subject: [plug] Ping me if you can > To: "Philippine Linux Users' Group (PLUG) Technical Discussion List" > > <[email protected]<http://us.mc1105.mail.yahoo.com/mc/[email protected]> > > > Message-ID: > > <[email protected]<http://us.mc1105.mail.yahoo.com/mc/compose?to=aanlktimply5ggtx3sbrgifeogjrsbebi0qxrsxtuv...@mail.gmail.com> > > > Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 > > Hi everyone, > > I'm asking you for a favor.
