+9000 Changing perception is indeed the hardest as this involves more than just telling everyone "hey, not only can you use our software, you can change it too!" (They'll just go "why the fsck would I want to do that?" and scoff at you.) The enlightened few will get this at first glance, while the rest of the sheep will need some guidance, namely being able to see those software used in unanticipated situations and modified accordingly. -- Zak B.
