Count me in but we have just 6 days before the elections
so any findings and recommendations for change will not help
our nation on the May-13-2013 elections.
But maybe we can still effect change on the PCOS machines for the
next (2016 Presidential Elections) and future elections.
So how do we proceed? Do we need someone to represent PLUG members?
(maybe Doc Manalastas can still front for us) or are there already
groups in need of "eyes" who will do the actual analysis? PLUG members
can be those "eyes".
And what are COMELEC's requirements for the review? Does Comelec have
a "clean room" location where we can setup computer tools to help with
the analysis?

Subject: [plug] PCOS Machine Source code is now open for review
The PCOS Machine Source code is now open for review. I think we need a
couple of people from our group to go and take part in this.
