Good day Chuck, It's unfortunate that current weather may prevent anyone from assisting him, I was planning to suggest he goes to Manila but it's also not feasible. Maybe you can relay his contact info preferably cell# so that members here who may be near his proximit can communicate with him faster? Hope this helps.
