Yup, that's my understanding as well Fooler. Tried JP's excellent idea of switching to PLDT's name servers, but no dice. Still resolves to same IP, still fails to route.
At this point, I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for a response from PLDT and will just use a VPN to get to the console. Thanks for all the responses guys, much appreciated...
