On the bright side, I observed some schools are open to learn up to date
relevant technologies, particularly FOSS, we may also have to reach out to
them to help the students have equal footing to the opportunities offered
by the industry. The next question I think would be the cost of reaching
out, especially to rural schools in the provinces.
