My setup is sort of a short-term private lan within a corporate lan. ;)  and is 
pretty much just for me and the devices i play around with.

I understand that NATting is 'diiscouraged', but doing so would mean adjusting 
the static routes on a number of routers and servers in our LAN and I'd rather 
not do that.
