Danny, our early graphs assumed a hypothetically low supply for illustrative purposes to simulate a brownout situation. But since Apr 13 or 14, we been using the actual available capacity as announced at ngcp.ph. So far, the supply has hovered around 1,000 MW above demand.
By the way, (to make this on topic, hehe) we still need more websites to mirror the jpeg file available on Danny Ching's server, to prepare for the heavy load, once supply tightens. Also we need an app that in a single click on an icon can download and display the file to a smartphone.
