I tried gnome-network-admin and got the "not installed" error message. Looking in Synaptic revealed that it was not installed. I installed it and now the launch icon is in System - Administration - Network, where it belongs. Now that I can launch it, y'all please cross your fingers that it will work better after I upgrade to Jaunty in a few days.
