Most IT departments don't want anything that doesn't have some level of
technical support that they can fall back on if the local talent cannot solve
the problems or if they get too large to be done without help.

Also most IT departments are very Microsoft centric and want Windows on
the desktop, even ours where most of the revenue on our site is coming from
Unix/Linux.
