Linguistics Publishing, Inc. owns three perfect binders, one
guillotine, one laminator, eight laser printers, and miscellaneous
smaller equipment. Generally I print the guts on Laserjet 8000DNs and
the covers on Xerox Phaser 8400DN. The present book is fairly short, so
I can produce 200 copies per day if pressed. Normally I run only one
printer at a time and settle for 30-40 copies per day. The nice thing
about printing with lasers is that they can be printing while I am off
doing other things. When I come home I just remove the copies from the
output stacker and fill up the input trays.
