Drew, I'm sure they use scripts, and I've seen some attempts at other services. The high number of attempts surprises me. If they're taking a shotgun approach I'd think they'd cut off attempts when a few consistently fail. Regardless, as long as my firewall and tcp_wrappers keep 'em out I'm satisfied. Rich -- Richard B.
