the hp mini 110 mi comes with linux @ $279 w/6 cell battery for +$40,
straight from hp, started taking orders yesterday:

while the asus eeepc 1000he does come with xp, i immediately installed
linux and it works exceptionally well (all of the hardware features,
hotkeys, cpu scaling, etc).  keyboard's not too shabby.  and can be
found for as low as $328 shipped via froogle.
