I've had very good service with vpslink.com out of Seattle. Their xen vps
slices are great. Cheap slice from them is 6.95/mo if you buy a year..
7.95/mo otherwise.. 64mb ram, 1.5gb storage, and 100GB per month bandwidth..
I host 2 wordpress blogs, 4 other websites and vpn server and it runs like a
top..using nginx, mysql, php-fastcgi, openvpn and sshd.

of course they have more extensive services as well..
