Dropping Comcast might be the only solution.  They've been blocking 
InMotion (on and off, apparently) for at least a couple years.

That is, unless InMotion can do anything about it.  Comcast doesn't 
budge for a single subscriber's issues (personal experience), but might 
work with InMotion.
