Despite the fact that I've heard this from several people, experience
shows that this just isn't true. It may be harder to find a place that
will take ITT credits, but there are places that will accept them. One
person who got an associate Degree at ITT is now getting a bachelor's
degree from Franklin University (http://www.franklin.edu/). I even had
a pleasant experience with PSU seeing if my ITT Credits would
transfer. Though, I didn't follow through as my interest in PSU was
due to financial aid problems and the school corrected them, so it's
not a total confirmation of transferability.
