I'm going to hazard a guess that Joe is spot on here. There are 2 subnets
involved between the Linksys and Netgear devices and without some static
routes between the 2 they won't be able to communicate. I have to do some
similar bastardization between the Qwest CPE and Linksys AP I have at home.
