You might try shutting down seamonkey, renaming her profile, and starting seamonkey back up again. I have fixed issues in forefox that way. If that fixes it you can just transfer over her bookmarks from her old profile to the new one.

My 1G drive is too small and I cannot get the system to recognize the 10G external drive in the Bytecc adapter. Sigh.
