You'll need to do incrementally because 10.1 is too old. You might be able
to jump to 11.1(2) and then a couple jumps at a time. You can't go from 10.1
to 13 directly. You can read the UPGRADE.txt file with the distro to see
what versions are supported from upgrading to/from.
