http://specialtyjobmarkets.com/ This company currently offers 26 specialty job boards. Some are totally free, and some are traditional recruiting services. Only people in that specialty bother to post their resumes. Candidates do not spam managers, managers select candidates. All of these job boards in are in high paying fields. For historical reasons most of our job boards are in software specialties. More recent job boards are in the life sciences. Healthcare is a growing area.
