I can verify that it works fine with Sane. That is, all the features of Sane work. Like Galen, I never tried the buttons. Like the LiDE 20 it is not very fast, but has the advantage of being completely powered by the USB port. I especially like the fact that it is small and very lightweight. I have actually taken it to the PSU library and used it as a personal photocopier. At the same time I should add that when I bought it Canon had just come out with a newer model, and the newer model was not supported. I had to look around for a store that still had the LiDE 30 in stock. I paid $90 for it and that was a couple years ago, so you should be able to find one for half that online somewhere. _______________________________________________ PLUG mailing list [email protected] http://lists.pdxlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug
