I'd be surprised if it were.  USB, serial and parallel passthrough is
possible through virtual-hardware magick, but generic PCI passthough is

Not so hard at FreeGeek (or maybe SurplusGizmos), and you might be able to
make your softmodem work anyway - FAX is actually a bit easier in software
than, say, 56k data.  See about one page down on:

I'd say "bring it to Linux Clinic" but the last one wasn't exactly a series
of rousing successes. :)
