I have set up a ustream.tv account with user michaeldexter and will attempt to both record and stream it. I'll drop a note to the list with the URL and Twitter at ~michaeldexter I must confess that I was shocked that ustream recognized an external iSight camera I dusted off and immediately allowed me to stream with it. That's about as plug and play as the fish tank cam in 1995.
