It is an outdoor event.  I think by showing up at that location and
looking for the group of milling people will tell you where exactly

The general idea as I understand it is to have a game of "telephone"
where a message gets repeated from one person to the next through the
line.  The exact nature of what we do is not as important as having a
bunch of people doing it.  I think we're going to try to go across the
Steele Bridge to Pioneer Courthouse Square, but that will depend on
how many people show up.
