Hi: I have written a Java program that performs ICMP Echo to a bunch of remote sites. Every now and then, it would say a bunch of sites are not reachable but I can get to them just fine. I am suspecting the process may be saturating some routers.
Is there a way to measure how many bytes is in each ICMP Echo request? I do not play with that size so I would imagine it is the default but I still want to monitor outbound traffic to confirm. Host is Linux. Thanks in advanced for any tips. --Vincent _______________________________________________ PLUG mailing list [email protected] http://lists.pdxlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug
