I don't know for sure where you can find the specific cable you are looking for. The interweb helped me to arrive here: http://www.topmicrousa.com/cc2217-06.html Free Geek has a whole shelf in their store dedicated to USB cables. there is one section of it just for "etc" - anything that doesn't fit into one of the major categories. I dug through the whole thing one day and found some very weird stuff, including some things I was very surprised to learn existed at all.
