I'm kind of interested in a smaller sized laptop myself. I like the 10 hour battery life my atom netbook gives me but I wish I could find one that had a display that was higher resolution than 1024x600.
Other than the screen resolution the netbooks are awesome when paired with a dual quad core server at home hosting virtual desktops (it's amazing how much more battery life a notebook gets when it doesn't need a bunch of power hungry components to do it's job) ----- Original Message ----- From: Rich Shepard <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Sent: Thu, 10 Jun 2010 11:35:51 -0700 (PDT) Subject: [PLUG] Lenovo T410? Has anyone here experience with the Lenovo T410 and linux? I'm looking to replace my Sony Vaio and prefer a smaller screen, business oriented unit rather than the oversize, wide models that appear more suited to movies and gaming. Recommendations for other brands and models very welcome.
