Alex, Last week I ordered a Dell Latitude E4510; the E5510 has a 15" screen instead of the 14" one I prefer. It has an Intel CPU, chipset, video, and wireless radio; all supported by linux. While I, too, prefer AMD I need a portable that will work with Slackware without fuss. All-Intel will. I saved about $460 on it with the coupon code at <http://www.techbargains.com/>. Keep checking that site for discounts on Dell, HP, and other brands.
