As you all well know I know little about the debian and the ubuntus. I learn what I need to assist my wife on her xubuntu system, but I'm not qualified as a SysAdmin with these distributions.
What is the command for a user to install a downloaded .deb package? I know it's not 'apt-get install' because the package (two actually) are manually downloaded from osuosl.edu.
