According to the receipt, the model is Asus Eee PC 1005PE. I'm waiting for my folks so I can set up Linux on my network server to brute force back this thing up. I actually can network boot Linux and image a drive. I also have NTFS-3g fully fleshed out. Looks like I just need to steal the D drive for Linux.
