Here, let me google that for you.
http://www.google.com/search?q=fedora+12+kernels
Result #1, from linuxquestions.org, entitled:
"True Image boot problem: cmov feature not present on CPU"
This turns out to be regarding some proprietary software.

Result #2, from fedoraforum.org (ooh, maybe relevant!) entitled:
"Fedora 12 on eBox 3300- cmov error - FedoraForum.org"
Third post, first answer says, "From F12 onward a processor supporting cmov
(amongst others) is required: F12 Release Notes" [with a link to the F12
release notes]

Remaining results and a similar search on Centos 5 say the same thing, that
Fedora 12 and Centos/RHEL 5 no longer support your CMOV-less i586-ish CPU.

HTH, HAND,
  Aaron
