When I scanned through the member list I noted that our own Tim B appears to be a member. I also noted that several others had e-mail addresses, although I didn't try to e-mail anyone. Perhaps one of the other addresses will work. I am impressed with their goals. I have long wanted to assist in handing out Ubuntu CDs. I have had a small amount of experience in that venture. A lot of the time people are terrified of trying even a live CD. Certainly their reaction is worse if the CD label is scribbled with a sharpie. I wanted to figure out how to make professional looking CDs printing them on an inkjet with official Ubuntu artwork. I never got very far with the idea because other more important things in my life got in my way. I was going to make them available at PSU. But having a display at Fry's, ENU, inter alia sounds even better. _______________________________________________ PLUG mailing list [email protected] http://lists.pdxlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug
