You might want to look at  the Request Policy add-on for firefox
https://www.requestpolicy.com/

It blocks cross-site requests by default. This will break a lot of sites
at first since many host their CSS/images on another domain but
white-listing just the ones you want is easy enough, It works in a
similar way to no-script, so if you are familiar with this you will know
the score.

I consider it an essential addition to NoScript + AdBlockPlus.
