I just installed an RPM downloaded from Sourceforge: http://sourceforge.net/projects/ltc/
In installed it with "#rpm --install <package>." The command executed without error, so I assume it is installed. Unfortunately, the author of the program provided a PDF for documentation which starts assuming that you have launched the application. I can't launch it because it did not create a launcher in Gnome, nor do I know the name of the program to launch it from the command line. There is probably a way to find the name of installed packages, preferably by specifying the *.rpm name, but I don't know what it is.
